USPS DELIVERY

The USPS has failed us.  They failed to scan items when they picked them up, and now packages are showing up as:  "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item.  The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 9, 2020 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available."

THIS IS NOT CORRECT.  I can assure you that every order we received was shipped out ASAP, with most orders going out the same day or the next day.  We have busted our asses to fulfill all of our orders.  It makes us sick that the USPS did this to us.

The packages that they did scan are showing up as being in a distribution area for 4 or 5 days.  I have called the USPS to complain, but, have beed told that there is nothing we can do about it.  

THIS IS RIDICULOUS.  We paid for priority shipping and were told that items would be delivered within 3 or 4 days, now to find out that they, the USPS, really can't and won't guarantee that.

PLEASE CALL YOUR LOCAL POST MASTERS AND COMPLAIN.
