in operation, making maple syrup
and opening their Sugar Houses to the Public.
We invite you to visit
our operations to smell, taste, and
learn about making
different maple
products.. Come and
join the fun
and learn about maple syrup production. Listen to
stories of the past and How
Grandpa used to sugar it.
Try our samples Some will do tree
tapping, Indian sugar making (a/k/a crumb or granulated), molded
sugar leaves, maple cream (or butter) etc.
